Domaine Comte George de Vogüé is the most praised domain of Chambolle-Musigny.
It was founded in 1450 and it was kept under the same family ownership for 20 generations.
It is composed of 12.5 hectares including 7.2 ha of Musigny (70% of this appellation), 2.7 ha of Bonnes-Mares and 0.56 ha of Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses.
The yearly average production is 40,000 to 45,000 bottles.
The management team is composed of Jean-Luc Pépin (on one the photos below), Estate Manager and Sales Director, François Millet, Winemaker and Eric Bourgogne, Vineyard Manager.
